At Yaweko Fashion & Retail, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are part of the handmade process and reflect product authenticity.
Exchange Policy
Yaweko does not offer refunds or credit notes on any products sold. Eligible products may only be exchanged for a replacement, subject to the terms below.Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
- Product must be in perfect condition without stains or damage.
- Each product is eligible for only one exchange, and only for the same product.
Non-Exchangeable Products
- Discounted / Sale / Clearance items
- Products marked as Sale
- Products already exchanged once
- Product-specific conditions mentioned on product page override this policy
Exchange Process
- Email support@yaweko.com with order number and reason within 3 days.
- Exchanges are processed only via email.
- Products sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
- Reverse pickup and reshipping charges may apply.
- Exchange orders follow standard production and shipping timelines.
Returns & Refunds
Yaweko does not offer returns, refunds, or credit notes. Exchanges are the only after-sales support, subject to policy terms.Exceptions
- If order is not delivered within promised shipping timeline, refund will be processed within 7 – 15 working days.
- If replacement product is unavailable during approved exchange, refund will be processed within 7 – 15 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to original payment method.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not permitted.Additional Terms
- In case of RTO (Return to Origin), reshipping charges may apply.
